In packaging production, we use polystyrene as the main material. However, it can be combined with PUR foams and cardboard elements. This creates a functional, elegant and, last but not least, cost-effective solution.
It can be simple protective elements (L-profiles, U-profiles, shaped inserts) or more complex comprehensive assemblies.
In design and production, we use modern CAD software applications from Autodesk and computer-controlled CNC cutting machines. This allows us to work very efficiently and produce packaging that is very precise and exactly according to customer requirements. Such manufactured packaging can be further modified and supplemented with additional fixing and packaging elements by gluing.
The main advantages for the customer of such manufactured packaging are the high speed of preparation and production of prototypes, which are then tested on the product, and if the packaging meets the customer’s needs, serial production begins. We guarantee prototype packaging preparation time in the order of days from obtaining the necessary materials. Another advantage is the possibility to modify the packaging at any time during serial production without the need to produce new tools or molds. The production of such packaging is then less financially demanding.
